CAREER HISTORY

Mr. West has been involved in transactions totaling over $1 billion in volume since beginning his commercial real estate career. Before joining Lee & Associates, Mr. West was most recently a Director at Newmark, and prior to that, a Vice President at Colliers International, concentrating on investment sales and brokerage services. He previously served as an Asset Manager for The Wilder Companies, overseeing a 17-asset portfolio worth over $650 million with more than 2 million square feet of institutional-grade properties. Mr. West also worked as an Asset Manager for Boston Capital, managing a portfolio of over 80 multifamily properties. This experience has provided him with invaluable expertise that results in superior service for his clients.
